The present study aimed to determine the impact of workplace ostracism on organizational commitment Path analysis was employed to test the hypotheses through AMOS V. 21 program.. The results of the study show that there is a direct significant positive effect of the workplace ostracism on organizational commitment . Also ,there is a direct significant positive effect of ethical climate on organizational commitment. Finally, there is indirect significant positive effect of the workplace ostracism on organizational commitment via ethical climate.
